Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Xarevia Digital ("we", "us", "our") delivers its courses, digital products, and consulting services, and how refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Delivery

  • Online courses & digital products are delivered electronically. Access details or download links are provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, or sent to your email address shortly afterwards.
  • Consulting sessions are delivered remotely. After purchase, we contact you by email to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time.
  • Because all Services are digital, no physical goods are shipped and no shipping fees apply.

2. If you don't receive access

If you do not receive access to your course, product, or booking details within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@xareviadigital.click. We will make sure you get access.

3. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our courses and digital products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access, the following applies:

  • Courses & digital products: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed or downloaded the material (as a general guide, completed less than 25% of a course).
  • Consulting: you may reschedule or request a refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or already delivered, are non-refundable.
  • Faulty or misdescribed products: if a product is faulty, inaccessible, or materially not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@xareviadigital.click with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we're happy to help resolve it quickly and fairly before you raise a dispute with your bank.
